Lara Strauss
VP of People Experience at Intuit
Lara Strauss (she/her) is the VP of our People Experience team at Intuit, which includes Ethics & Investigations, Employee Relations, HR Connect and the team that owns HR content experience on Insight. Lara was there when we created our Ethics & Investigations a couple of years ago. The purpose of our team is to help champion Intuit's value of Integrity Without Compromise and foster a safe, ethical and inclusive work environment. We believe that a deep commitment to ethics and the right, transparent investigations processes can help companies build trust with employees and other stakeholders, create better leaders, win the war on talent and do good for the world.

Before we started our Ethics & Investigations team, Lara was part of Intuit’s HR Legal team and spent many years before that practicing employment law at a law firm. 

Tamara Keller
Global Director of Corporate Investigations at Accenture
Tamara Keller (she/her) has been practicing employment law for nearly 20 years.  She began her career as a litigator then transitioned to in-house employment counsel for a medical device company.  In 2015, Tamara joined Accenture as Global HR Compliance lead. In 2018, she became Global Director of Corporate Investigations managing the global team of expert investigators responsible for handling all concerns implicating any protected characteristics, complex or nuanced matters, and all matters implicating leadership.

Accenture is a global professional services firm leading in capabilities in digital, cloud, cybersecurity. We have over 535,000 employees serving clients in 120 countries.

Kara Arguello
Director & Associate General Counsel, Americas Employment Law at Adobe
Kara Arguello (she/her) leads the Americas Employment Law team at Adobe, providing legal guidance and thought partnership to the Employee Experience organization, across all aspects of employment law, and with particular attention to internal employment-related investigations.  

Prior to joining Adobe in 2015, she spent 13 years representing employers in litigation and class action disputes, and providing advice and counsel to organizations in numerous industries. 

Lori Castillo Martinez
Senior VP of Global Employee Relations and Equality at Salesforce
Lori Castillo Martinez (she/her) is Senior Vice President of Global Employee Relations and Equality at Salesforce where she is focused on performance and employee relations management across the globe, as well as driving equality initiatives at the company. Her role was uniquely designed as a way to accelerate and integrate people and equality initiatives at Salesforce.

Previously, Lori spent nearly a decade at a Fortune 5 healthcare company where she created the first enterprise-wide strategy, processes and systems for key legal, ethics, and regulatory risk areas. Before that, she spent 11 years at an industry leading semiconductor company working in HR and compliance. Throughout her career, she has made a tangible difference in practice and culture in both the life sciences and tech sectors.

Elena Acevedo Dalcourt
Ethics and Investigations at Intuit
Elena Acevedo Dalcourt (she/her) is part of the Ethics & Investigations team at Intuit. In this role, Elena conducts investigations, and helps craft and implement awareness, education and prevention programs within Intuit and through external offerings. Elena is trained as a restorative justice facilitator.

Prior to joining Intuit, Elena was Title IX Officer a large public university and director of an office that handled a high volume of complex investigations including complaints of sexual assault, sexual harassment, relationship violence and stalking.
